Velveteen.ai Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the referral program, a user must have an active account with our service, whether it's a free, basic, or professional plan.

2. Referral

Eligible users will be given a unique referral code. This code can be shared with potential new users.

3. Benefits For New Users

Any new user who signs up using a valid referral code will receive a one-month free subscription to our service.

4. Referral Payouts

• If the referred user signs up for the Professional Plan, the referrer will receive a reward of $99.
• If the referred user signs up for the Basic Plan, the referrer will receive a reward of $15.

5. Payout Method

All referral rewards will be paid out via PayPal. It is the responsibility of the referrer to have an active PayPal account to receive the reward.

6. Payout Threshold and Charges

All referral rewards will accumulate in the user's account. Payouts to the user's PayPal account will be free of charge once the accumulated rewards balance reaches or exceeds $100.

• If a user requests a payout before reaching the $100 threshold, a processing fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the payout amount.
• It is the user's responsibility to request a payout once their balance reaches the desired amount.

7. Conditions for Payout

In order for a referrer to receive their reward, the following conditions must be met:

• The referred user must have used the referrer’s unique referral code at the time of signing up.
• The referred user must not cancel their subscription within the trial period.
• The referrer must have submitted at least one release prior to the referral.

8. Limitations

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a user can make.
• However, a new user can only be referred once. Multiple referrers cannot claim rewards for a single new user.

9. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated in these terms and conditions.

10. General

• Fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts to benefit from the referral program, will result in immediate termination of the user's account and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
• By participating in the referral program, users agree to these terms and conditions.
• By clicking "I Agree" or a similar acknowledgment during the referral process or any other relevant process on our platform, the user explicitly confirms their understanding, acceptance, and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
